Separate focus is given to information sharing with Vendors and Service Providers to ensure that the component supplied or service rendered is inline with the groups Quality Consciousness. Traceability is made a part of the system to ensure that we are equipped to get to the root of any issue reported even after a long time.
As an ISO 9001 : 2008 Certified Unit, Alwaye Load Selectors follows all Quality Management Principles in a stringent manner, and all systems and procedures are well documented. Quality Plans are available for all Components and Products, and Control Plans and Work Instructions are provided at the right locations to guide everyone within the system to follow the correct procedure.
Our Products are regularly Type Tested at Central Power Research Institute, Bangalore, for tests like Lightning Impulse Voltage Withstand Test, Power Frequency Voltage Withstand Test, Dynamic Short Circuit Test, Temperature Rise Test etc.
We also take pride in stating that we are a PGCIL Approved Sub Vendor for Off Circuit Tap Changers up to 132 kV Class. We are also an Approved Sub Vendor to various other leading Utilities and Power Contract Houses.
